Protecting customer information is fundamental to how we are building AlatFlow. Although our platform is currently in development, security, privacy and responsible data handling are considered throughout our design and engineering process.
Built with security in mind
We believe enterprise software should be secure by design. Our approach focuses on.

As AlatFlow evolves, we will continue improving our security practices based on customer needs and industry standards.
Customer control
We believe organisations should remain in control of their own information. When the AlatFlow platform becomes available, organisations will decide.

- what information AlatFlow can access
- who within their organisation can use the platform
- when integrations are enabled or removed
AlatFlow only operates using permissions explicitly granted by the customer.
Data minimisation
We are designing AlatFlow to collect only the information required to deliver its services. Where possible, the platform is intended to work with customer events and operational signals rather than requiring unrestricted access to entire business systems.
Our goal is to provide meaningful recommendations while respecting customer privacy and data governance.
Secure integrations
AlatFlow is being designed to integrate securely with supported third-party platforms using their approved authentication and authorisation methods. Organisations remain responsible for deciding which integrations to enable.
Explainable recommendations
Our goal is not simply to generate recommendations. We believe organisations should understand why a recommendation has been made. Recommendations are intended to include.

This helps organisations make informed decisions rather than relying on unexplained automation.
Continuous improvement
Security is an ongoing commitment. As AlatFlow grows, we will continue strengthening our platform, infrastructure and operational practices to meet the evolving expectations of enterprise customers.
